Elsenham Action Group for Local Environmental Sustainability. Running projects across Elsenham to improve the sustainability of the village, while also promoting biodiversity through creation and maintenance of habitats (eg. tree planting, meadow creation).
A working partnership with the Parish Council and local sustainability group to create a high nature garden that is family friendly and beautiful to look at and a great place to spend time.
Maintained by local volunteers, we share ideas and labour to move the project on whilst supporting our own mental health needs by working together outside.
To encourage recycling as far as possbile by either promoting existing, or setting up new easy access recycling points around Elsenham village.
EAGLES are leading a community project where the potential of a neglected LAP space is realised and we are creating ‘Somewhere nice to bee…’.
